## Ethio Turkish Hospital

## Building a Hospital's Human Foundation · Founder: Ethio Turkish Hospital Clinical Staff

## The Challenge

A new hospital cannot open its doors without a leadership-ready clinical team. Ethio Turkish Hospital needed every doctor and nurse equipped before their first patient arrived.

## The Outcome

CALS trained 100% of Ethio Turkish Hospital’s doctors and nurses before the hospital became operational — not a training add-on, but a foundational role in the institution’s launch.

## The Challenge

Ethiopia’s Ministry of Finance needed institutional reform — stronger systems, stronger leaders, and a culture shift in how integrity was practiced day to day

## The Outcome

CALS delivered the Emerging Leaders Development Program and launched “Character Formation in the Fight Against Corruption” — a 90-day initiative for managers across the ministry, contributing to a roadmap for sustained reform.
