A new hospital cannot open its doors without a leadership-ready clinical team. Ethio Turkish Hospital needed every doctor and nurse equipped before their first patient arrived.
The Outcome
CALS trained 100% of Ethio Turkish Hospital’s doctors and nurses before the hospital became operational — not a training add-on, but a foundational role in the institution’s launch.
