Every month, Leadership Garage brings together emerging and established leaders for an evening of inspiration, learning, and connection — featuring a keynote lecture from a successful leader, an open Q&A session, and structured networking. Once a year, Leadership Garage culminates in a two-day immersive leadership retreat, taking the community deeper into practice, reflection, and relationship-building beyond the monthly format.

Leadership Garage is CALS’s monthly gathering for leaders who refuse to stop growing. Each session features a lecture from a leader who has walked the road — followed by open Q&A, honest conversation, and a chance to build relationships with others on the same journey.
Once a year, the community comes together for something deeper: a two-day Leadership Garage Immersion — a retreat designed to move beyond ideas into practice, reflection, and lasting relationships.
