Women’s Leadership Development Program (WLDP) establishes a safe space for women to learn and flourish. Our gender-sensitive training is context and location-specific because significant regional disparities in women’s empowerment and involvement in politics and leadership exist in Ethiopia. The WLDP training goes beyond just giving generic tactical advice; our approach to leadership education for women is rooted in practical teachings that equip women with all of the tools to be leaders in any field. We create a community in which participants can experience a sense of belonging and identification.
